Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for Cancellation and to process refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at email: - asicon2023visakhapatnam@gmail.com
Cancellation till 30th April 2023 - 25% Cancellation Charges will be levied
Cancellation till 30th September 2023- 50% Cancellation Charges will be levied
Cancellation till 30th November 2023- 75% Cancellation Charges will be levied
No refund for the cancellation request after 1st December 2023.
Refund will be initiated/transferred by Online, DD/ Cheque only after the conference
Registration is not transferable
Refunds will be made post conference
GST will not be considered for refund
